Seems to me like UB's are the fastest way to making money. On the other hand they can only go on TP or auction so you might be waiting a while for them to sell even if your price is the lowest on the TP.

Plushies for me tend to not sell well while wearables go fast. What are your thoughts?

Also it seems perishable items go up in value

e.g. nerkmids, secret lab map

however
counter examples: bottled faeries, codestones, petpet lab map

So what do you think would maximize profit and items?

Plushies are easy to sell. You just have to target the right people. Search up a similarly priced plushie on the item db and search for that item in galleries. If that person does not have the plushie you are selling in their gallery, neomail them. It should be sold in a few days.

I find clothes harder to sell. If it's under 150k, I sell it in my shop for 99999.

Popular species wearables go fast (Draik, Krawks, Kacheeks, Shoyru, etc.) while unpopular species wearables (Lennies) not so much.

It depends on how willing you are to undercut other people. I make a very nice profit, but I could probably make much more if I were patient.

Same for me.
& If its a buyable one, I usually end up selling around 50% off xD

I find UB wearables go quite quickly
