MapleStory-Little kiddie's coming from runescape with small anime characters and huge heads. Jump around, kill monsters, there's a cash shop which is basically the foundation of money making, little kids taking credit cards. You get the idea.

The sad part is the addiction is not the game itself, but spending all of your money on the silly clothing that only lasts 90 days before it vanishes forever.

What, seriously? I must be immune or something. I tried Maple Story once or twice and then gave up in sheer boredom.

But then, I'm still kicking around Neo, so maybe my tastes are just totally screwed up.

my addiction was actually with the game. I wasted like 3 years of my life on that fucking game, grinding grinding and more grinding. Only spend money like twice.

Lucky for you then, most of the people are either buying clothes all the time, or endlessly purchasing EXP cards to grind faster.

Nope, I didn't have the cards or Paypal available to me, but hearing stories of kids stealing credit cards to fund their addictions make me think about all the money their families lost on the game.
