OK so about 6+ years ago I made around 7 neopets accounts. Thing is I know all the user names and all the passwords I just don't remember the birthdates... anyone have any good solutions other than brute forcing it or emailing TNT (cause I emailed them about my legit account that I had info for and they still wouldn't fix it for me...)

Anyway, if you have the password, you shouldn't need the birthday.

The problem with it is that I haven't logged into these accounts in almost 5 years so TNT wants me to input the birthdate to "verify"

Arr... you'll be having quite some trouble there unfortunately. All I can suggest is that if you know enough about the account itself, TNT may actually give you the birthdate.

And there is the problem... I made the accounts got the free stuff and saved them for later use... never made any neofriends and never really did much of anything other than setup the account and make a neopet on it. So epic fail... I guess brute forcing it might be my best bet...

Brute force is your only option now.I retrieved a 5yr old and 6yr old account before by brute force.Took me a month or so.

Reasonably, there's only roughly 14600 possible birthdates you could/should have used (365/year, covering 4 decades); if you can narrow it down at all, you're golden ;)

This math is based on people of an age who would understand the internet X years ago. If you aged them as teenagers, account for as much. If you typed in birthdays at random, you're screwed.

If they set all the birthdays as the same, then theoretically, they would have 21 tries per day.

lucky me I always track and file all of my accounts, that way I never have to worry about things like this. Good luck getting all your accounts back though.;)

Yup I started a spreadsheet just for tracking my accounts about a week ago when I finally got my main back.

So now I have it tracking my On hand NP, Bank NP, Items Bought and Resold, Profit/Loss, Usernames and birthdates

It's a pretty darn good spreadsheet for taking 3 minutes to set up and 15 seconds to keep updated

Nope go right a head... I just thought what I could keep all keep track of and that was a list of things that I just thought of... If you think of anything else that I should add to that then tell me

Screenshots of your neofriend/block lists and the first couple pages of your SDB? Or just screenshots of the SDB -- neofriends could be added to the spreadsheet easily, but your SDB probably would overload it. :p

I'm hoping someone will make a program to systematically run through every combination and log when it has found the correct answer.
