Hi, I'm new here. So I downloaded all of the free programs (they sound great, thanks for offering them!). I downloaded the "required files" and installed them. Now when I try to run any of the programs it allows me to log in, shows the program for a second or two, and then crashes. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Can you try this:

I found a bypass to the problem until a solution is found for the "Program has stopped working" bug.

When you start the NeoCodex program enter your login information then stop.
What your going to do is click the login button and then immediately click the top of the window and hold it like you was going to drag the window.
Once the NeoCodex program says authentication complete at the bottom release the window.

I no longer get the "Program has stopped working" if I do this.

Hope it helps you guys out.

If it's crashing, try downloading the new version I put up a little while ago (the zip file that has "_rev2" at the end of it), and see if that's better. :p You'll have to also update the python required files.

Pretty sure it's environment related but not sure of the specifics of what. Program still runs regardless though so it's not really a priority issue if you ask me :p

Hmm, though if you could somehow nab their machine and debug the program there it would be great.
