There's a few reasons I've not been posting the past few days.

1: Work
2: Sleep
3: Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII (finally got someone to lend me a PSP)
4: Dragon Quest IX (yay Dragon Quest)

Video games are ruining my ability to post here regularly.

I'm playing FFVIII because I for some reason bought it on the PSP. In 3 days I've registered... 23 playing hours. I'm literally on it right now while typing this.

Hmm . . . I only play video games like an hour or two tops since I have a busy schedule but it's a good stress reliever so It actually benefits me haha . Both Crisis Core and Dragon Quest IX are really good RPGS and pretty challenging I hope you have fun =).

depends on what game I play.
If im working on a project using RPG maker VX..its a long night for me.
Time just flies when you are making maps and events.

If its counterstrike an hour..tops.
neopets..15 minutes LOL.
civilization 4....a couple hrs.

Nothing ruined except sleep...but only with rpg maker.

My sleeprhythm mostly suffers from playing games xD I just get too addicted and can't go to bed. If I do go to bed ill just lay there being completely awake, thinking about the next thing to do ingame.
