This is my Abrosia status log. I started it at 6am and came back at 7pm.
I was wondering why Abrosia sort of "hang" after 4 hours?
Is this programmed to be like this?

I think that's just your connection timing out? That happens to me sometimes if I leave them on at night. Posted Image

Exactly four hours? Does it stop for 4 hours and then restarted or it keeps going on and then stop for 4 hours when you came back? Posted Image

Mine tends to carry on after a break of a few hours, is this what yours has done?

Hmm I think it's really just your connection timing out, did you dl or do anything else while you were leaving your comp on with abrosia?

Anyway I'm pretty sure someone mentioned the same problem of it getting stuck after being left for a few hours on the program discussion topic. You should check that out.

Mine stops sometimes for a few hours while I'm asleep and then carry on when I 'wake' it up by typing on its' keyboard in the morning lol Posted Image

Yeah sometimes when the screen goes black (I set it to go black in 5 minutes if there's no activity, I rather lose out on Neopets than to let my laptop screen burn) it still works, sometimes it doesn't.

It could also be your connection, I notice it would run til morning more often when I'm at home than when I'm at my hostel which has shitty connection lol Posted Image

Hmm maybe your connection stopped because it can't detect mass dl/up? I'm really not sure you should check out the program discussion board. I'm pretty sure someone asked that question before.

Here's the topic, the programmers would know better than me what's happening Posted Image

As long as your computer is only turning off the screen and isn't actually going into stand-by/sleep it should still work fine with the screen off. It seems strange that it stops after 4 hours every time though, are you sure you haven't set the scheduler by accident or something?

haha you should get a direct line to your comp than to rely on routers. Routers always fail on me for dling and program running Posted Image
You're welcome I guess? Posted Image

There's the programmer! What about it fails for me in random amount of hours? Does setting it to a certain shop affects it? I notice it stops more often if I leave it to run to random shops.

Have you checked the error log to see if something went wrong?

While this doesn't answer your question, you should not be leaving it on for twelve hours if you don't want to get frozen. :)
