Hey, this is just a topic to discuss what pricing people use for the Abrosia program. I personally prefer to manually price, or sometimes just automatically price with defaults [with slight changes].

I use average pricing mode, and multiply the price by .95%.
And try to find 5 prices for each item.

Everything else if you want to know, is default.

So go ahead and post your settings. ;)

why not just straight out ask what our settings are instead of making a "discussion" thread? >_<

I have mine set to price group, and inflate prices by factor .95 as well as do not inflate items cheap than 2NP.

Eh I just match the lowest price...don't really try to beat it or anything. Patience is a virtue.

I didn't do that in fear of things like 1NP sales >.>
Some people end up being dumb and selling the item below what you can RS it for.
Well, I guess that happens less often with items that give 30k profit :p

That's why you turn on "remove outlier prices with statistics".

ok good point $:
well i wasn't sure about the pricing, especially because one item i bought said it had 70 k profit, and it was bought at 11 k
but i went and manually priced, and a lot of people were selling it at 30k
not just one person

I believe Abrosia and NeonAP use the Shop Wizard so that shouldn't be a problem :)

I like to manually price my items, because it allows more time for the program to search for more items instead of dicking around pricing them.

I always go 1,000 under what other people offer. This is because I only have shop wizard and not super shop wizard. So, it gives me a little wiggle room if I missed a price or something.

If I have an extremely hard to sell item that is over 100K, I will start it out at a very low price in the auctions with an increment of 1,000. I can get quite a bit for it then, without having to accept ridiculously low offers from lazy re-sellers that clog up the boards.

I will say that while I let Neon do most of my pricing, I go over it and change the numbers to "round" ones since pricing things at, say, 1249 seems odd to me. I think it looks more human when I price that same item at 1200.

I let Abrosia price everything on its own. I've been starting out slow by ABing in the pharmacy, though, since it's good to make it seem human.
