Honestly, I think this is why people aren't making as much ABing. I think less and less people are going to shops because they are scared of getting cookie grabbed. They would rather find a cheap item in trade and wait for a response.

I don't think the TP is that safe either...probably safer to go to an auction at least they can't put links there. Or yeah, you can just disable javascript but that limits site functionality...

This is a little disconcerting.

I never really though about it, I thought it was a myth that people got cookie grabbed.
How exactly does it work? From reading this forum, it sounds like they can't get your password anyways - how do they get on your account?
If they do get your password, how does it not stop them from getting your PIN?

PINs don't keep your account safe anymore. I was keylogged when I got CG'ed about a month ago...everything on my account was PIN-protected, but they still got it all. X_X

I've found heaps in the Trades/Auctions boards section. So if a post sounds too obviously stupid to be true it probs is.

And others look legit and they give you a TP link and it will go to someone elses TP lookup...yeah its confusing. Just avoid the boards at all costs
