I have 2 side accounts inactive for 8 years, and those 2 accounts I created with random birthdates.
So since the FAQ bug has been fixed. I have tried submitting a ticket and I can't remember much from the accounts because I don't use that much 8 years ago.
Anyway, now I have to guess the birthdates, anything I can do to make the guessing it easier? Both the accounts don't have neofriends by the way...

Yeah I have the same exact problem with one of my old side accounts too. I've tried about everything google had to offer. I'll just wait for some new revelation/exploit.

If you at least know the year of the birthday, you can always find some brute force program.

Aren't those accounts supposed to have been deleted after 2 years of inactivity? Mine was deleted because I missed the email TNT sent, and it was a few weeks after. Now when I try to log in with that account, my old pet still appears, but I can't log in and recover the password with my email doesn't work. So I don't think you can do anything with those accounts.

What CLS said. Didn't TNT say they were gonna do a purge on accounts in the near future?

They keep saying they are going to, but a lot of people (including me) have several dead accounts that haven't been logged into for years that are still floating around.

I had issues like this when I came back after so many years. My accounts weren't deleted (or at least, I don't think they were, I never did get to reclaiming some of them) but the birthday issue bugged me for a while. I don't know HOW, but I managed to randomly guess it one day and was absolutely shocked. Too bad I got iced like 1 month later. <_<

well according to their new rules, they can delete any account that hasn't been accessed in 18 months.

Yeah. I have a couple of accounts that are b'day locked. :( That's why I only have one account right now. :/ Blah. Good luck guessing! :p
