I was wondering if there are any Neo stock market programs or scripts. You know like something that checks every half hour for the updated inflation/deflation and withdraws if the percentage is at or above a set percentage.

We have something in the makings on codex. The data is being collected. We just need to offer a settings panel so they can say when they want to buy X stock. And then it throws a neoalert. And then for non-legit kids: with kwehs program he'll buy that stock. Otherwise the neoalert is where it ends.

What a coincidence! Just yesterday I was off in one of my mental-fantasy-land sessions imagining that I could actually program, and this is the exact thing I had in mind. It would be especially helpful for 'Day Traders' to be consistently alerted when their high-risk purchases were making profits, or taking a nose dive. It would be damn convenient.


On a side-note, I found a neat little website the other week chock-full(?) of NeoStock information, guides, trends, tutorials, portfolios, etc. It even has a daily feed suggesting which stocks are the safest investments at that particular time. (Based off some 'mathematical' over-my-head formulas).

If you go to userscripts.org they have one that I used to like quite a bit called Neopets - Stock Market Summary. You can set it to show whichever stocks are at a buying price of your choosing and which of your stocks are at a selling point again of your choosing.

I thought it was pretty neat.

is this another trick bump.. (took notice of the date this time)

neoalerts seem active so unless they've come up with some other secret program i think that is all there is atms. the alerts tell you which ones are at the 15neopoints range anyways so you dont really need a program on top of that

don't be lazy... just take less than 5 mins to get into stock market page manually without risk your main account on a useless program if there is.

I actually would use one. I don't go on neopets anymore but if there was a tiny background prog/script that would boot up once a day and find the best deal atm and buy it, that would be great. And then have a price you could set that would sell if it hit
