So, my account was frozen about a week ago. Today, I decided to make a new one. I get to the "Choose A Username" and enter one , making sure it's available. When i click "next" it shoots me back to the neopets homepage. Why? Then, i've tried signing in with the username i just picked with the password i just made and it registers that the username has been taken, but it says "bad password" and there's no email for the account.
HELP?

IP ban would be my guess.

Just to double check, clear all your cookies, etc and try again.
Most possibly an IP ban like Waser said, so you may need to bypass it using a proxy or sommat. Hot Spot Shield is not bad though

Sounds a lot like an IP ban to me, though I've never actually had one so I'm not sure.

This is why having a non-static IP back in the day was oh-so useful.

This happened to one of the accounts I was making. Apparently there was an error while I was making the account and somehow
I was directed out of the page but the account itself was created. With no email and password. lol...

So you'll just have to make a new account. Worked for me.

Yeh pretty long, atleast 6 months i think.

Contact your ISP and they can reset it for you

Yeah, getting around IP bans is so easy. If TNT is gonna go anywhere with banning, they need to start using CPID bans.

But maybe I shouldn't give them any ideas.

I don't think they really want to permanently stop making others play.
Cause they know IP Ban is fixable everytime your reboot your comp or reset your connection your IP can change.
They don't want to lose more players as is.

Happened to me before as well, I would suggest changing your IP, there are plenty of guides online if you google it.
