No one mentally and emotionally healthy nant hate his/her body.
But this thing was made more to promote healthy activities like doing excercise or eating healthy.
A lot of people these days just keep a life of: wake up, and maybe even not take a breakfast. Going to job and then eating fast food. Return home and eat fast food again and for entertaining going with friends and drink and/or smoking, hen returning home for sleep.
Nowadays fast food and sedentarism is extending (also, people tend to sleep less, and drink/smoke more, or do not eat at the right times)
