I've heard it said before. Not sure if it holds any merit, but I can imagine the logic is that since the vast majority of Neopets players are English speakers, the English ticket system will be utilized much more by players and therefore have a slower response time. Submitting a ticket in a different language would send it to a support team that probably is not as busy as the English team.

haha, sure could, but I have over 400 game scores. most are legit, only AoB-ed less than 20 of those.

They are most profitable. The other shops usually have 24 items stocked, which means no profitable restock is going to take place unless someone clears the shop, but no one would because it's not worth it, mostly.

That IS a legit PB, just because I don't play 100% legit on all of my accounts doesn't mean that all of my accounts are like that. I have two VERY legit main accounts that have never ABed or SS and all the items on those accounts were earned from hard work.
