Anybody mind giving pointing me in the right direction on how to make or edit userscripts..... preferably the GM one for the BD auto fighter

Go to userscripts.org and look at existing projects... Take what information you can from them and apply them to your own needs.

Not sure if it's the best one but it's the one that I read. I came with some programming experience though so I'm not sure how good it is for someone who hasn't done any programming before. You didn't mention whether you had so it might be good for you or might not .
