Run-time Error '13': Type mismatch --- I get this error every time i want to use ArrSquared'S KadFeeder ! Help !

Edit: I did extract gzip.exe into the same directory as the kad feeder program but its still not working ! Help !

Umm im using this exe - Neopet Adventure Made easy - And when I click on start, to get all the avartars, under every single link where there should be an avartar i get Could not grab Avartar message, and when i clear the link list and laod it back i get the same thing help !
