I am vegan now and have fluctuated from vegetarianism/ pescatarian/ vegan all my life. I am currently loving it and have a lot of energy/ feel very healthy. I say go for it.
At least try to incorporate more veggies daily Read "Eat to Live" by Dr. Fuhrman and The Kind Diet by Alicia Silverstone
