its still possible. There are sometimes groups on the chats with the goal to get the avvie and they all work to empty out the shop to incr the number of RSs that happen. But in general, the shop restocks when there's 3 or fewer rows of items. Good Luck!

If you don't really care about the petpet and since the person is being a jerk, just put it up for auction for 1np and tell whoever it is to earn it back. If you do care about it, just keep it.
