If you're selling a stamp, just maintain your price. Some rich collector will eventually buy it off it it's the current cheapest on TP.

When I've bought super high end items in auction they'd put x amount of 20m auctions equal to total price id bid on them all and such all NF only. One of the items being the high end item I'm buying.

Does it matter? Just reject the offer. :) But I think he's a definite troll, even newbies are somewhat knowledgeable on how much things cost.
