Hi I have been a lurker on these forums for about a month now.
I purchased a subscription to Neocodex in early January.
Now however I can't even open Neocodex Program Manager. Whenever I click to open it I get the error message:
Errors occurred
See the logfile 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Neocodex\Manager\pre_loader.exe.log' for details.
I have gone and found this text file but it doesn't give any details as to what my problem is or how I can fix it.
My subscription isn't set to expire for more than a week yet, and even so free members can still open it so I"m really confused.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program.
