hmmmm, i hope this helps since im a girl lol, havent encountered many on sites like this 
anyway, usually i like confident guys. u need to be into yourself for someone else to like u, it makes sense logically. but dont be mistaken! arrogance is not confidence. no one likes a showoff or someone overly confident. being shy and modest is just as important as appearing to be confident. but if you are too unconfident (if thats a word), tahts bad.
just dont show off, and dont worry about being too modest. b urself
